|I’ve lost the rubber feet from my chair! Where can I get a replacement?||I'm sorry to hear that you've lost one of your feet! We'd be happy to send you a replacement. All you need to do is send an Email to email@example.com. Please include as much detail as possible, including info about your chair model, the outside diameter of the foot, as well as your mailing address.
|Do you offer replacement slings or stuff sacks?||I'm sorry to hear you've lost or damaged your chair sling or stuff sack. Unfortunately, we do not provide replacement slings/stuff sacks for our chairs. If it's a tear or a hole, this is something you can easily fix on your own. We recommend using Tenacious Tape or something similar to make the repair. It's very inexpensive and durable. Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions.|
|My Pack is dirty, how do I clean it?||It's best to hand-wash our packs with warm water, mild soap, and a soft-bristled brush. Then just hang upside down to dry. We don't recommend machine-washing- this will shorten the life of your pack!|
|My Meadow Mat is moldy, how do I clean it?||
I'm sorry to hear that you've gotten mold on your Meadow Mat. I would suggest trying to use a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution (really inexpensive and found at most drug/grocery stores), but test a small portion of the mat first to make sure it doesn't cause any other discoloration. It shouldn't, but it doesn't hurt to test it out first.
In the future, I'd recommend making sure that it's completely dry before you store it. What I usually do is unroll and hang my mat over a chair when I got home from the park and let it dry overnight before putting it away. Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
