Warranty - Alite Designs


We stand by our stuff!

All Alite Designs products come with a Lifetime Guarantee! This means that they are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If your Alite Designs product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, for free! Unfortunately, this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. If your Alite product is defective, we will repair or replace it free of charge, just mail us your item and we will  take care of the shipping costs to send it back to you after we repair it.

Our camp chairs are extremely lightweight and completely collapsible so you can take them anywhere. Though extremely durable and rated to hold 250 lbs, it is possible that some of these movable and lightweight parts can break on occasion. And if you are so unfortunate as to come across an issue with your chair, they have a lifetime guarantee so we will fix or replace it for you, no problem!


Steps for Warranty Repair:

If your item was purchased from us, please follow the steps below. If not please reach out to the original place of purchase for warranty help.

Alternatively, if you feel comfortable making the repair yourself, we can send you replacement parts. Please reach out to: fixit@alitedesigns.com

1. Download and fill out our Warranty/ Repair Form.
(For our furniture please only send the metal frame. We don't need the fabric to fix the chair!)

2. Send your item via trackable carrier to:

3. You will receive an email within 2-3 days of us receiving your frame. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process and repair your item.

4. We will email tracking once your repair has been shipped out.



Local Drop Off:

If you would like to drop off your warranty item, give us a heads up when you are dropping by, so we can make sure someone is here to help you out - fixit@alitedesigns.com.

3. Drop it off at our main office:

4. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process and repair your item.

5. We will email you once your repair is ready for pick up.

International Warranty Repair:

If you have purchased your chair directly from us and live internationally, check out your options below. If it was purchased at one of our international retailers, it is best for you to reach out directly to the store you bought it from.

A) We can send you a new frame, however you will have to pay for the cost of international shipping ($25).

B) If you have friends or family in the US, we can send a frame to them free of charge and then you can make your own shipping arrangements.

C) If you are handy, we can send you the parts and instructions you need to make the repair yourself at no cost.

What’s not covered under your lifetime warranty?
Wear and tear: Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how careful you are or how well you care for your product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered include coating de-lamination, colors fading, logo peeling, abrasions on high-contact areas of the packs (i.e.- the bottoms and outer pockets), and general breakdown of the materials over the years.

Preference: No longer like the color, style, or size of your product? Unfortunately we can’t cover personal preference under our warranty. If you’ve just bought your product from us and it is still new, unused, and with the original tags and packaging, it may be eligible for return. Check out our return policy here.

PLEASE NOTE: Alite is not responsible for items purchased from retailers outside of the US.  Please visit your retailer for warranty returns.  If you reside outside of the US and have purchased an Alite product from our website, please be aware that we may need to charge for shipping additional items depending on the circumstance.
